I have totally neglected my blog. I've been ripping and running between my summer internship and dealing with all of life's obstacles. Hopefully I will remember to keep up my posts. I just came back from Detroit and had a great time. Food Lion sent several interns as well as Food Lion employees to the 98th Annual NAACP Convention. On Tuesday evening, Food Lion sponsored the 32nd Annual Veterans and Armed Services Awards Dinner. That was wonderful and came away having a greater appreciation for the men and women who serve our country in Iraq and Afghanistan. I've pulled a few photos from my trip. I hope you enjoy.
